Ingredients
- Cut one pear
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
- Grab 5-6 individual kale leaves
- 2-3 teaspoons of lemon or lime juice
- 2 tablesppons peanut butter or substitute
- 2 cups of oat milk, milk, or cashew milk. (your favorite choice). We use oat milk
- add protein powder if you want more protein in the morning
Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify for about 30 seconds. Let the smoothie settle to lessen the amount of bubbles. Pour and enjoy!!!
