Hello and thank you for visiting our tasty website! I wanted to bring my business full circle by including delicious yet healthy meals. A huge part of staying healthy is what we put into our bodies not just our ability to exercise. We encourage each other and others to opt into eating good sources of protein and vegetables. This does not mean food needs to taste bland. I have struggled through the years to intake enough vegetables, but lately have found that spices and dressings can make a world of difference between a mediocre meal and a winning meal. My husband and I created this site to help others fall in love with healthy, but tasty foods to bridge the gap between healing, eating and exercise. It has been a journey for us transitioning into healthy eating habits. What we put into our bodies can aid in promoting better healing and maintaining high energy throughout the day.
We test every receipe before posting on our website. My family and friends join in on the test tastings to ensure the recipes are scrumptious.
I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years and during my practice found that traditional medicine needed an added component of natrual remedies. For example, instead of quickly giving a patient a pill, try using food to heal such as prunes for constipation instead of laxatives. By using recipes with a plethora of good sources of vitamins, amnino acids, antioxidants et cetera you can give your body the nutrients needed to fight back during infections.
