Spinach/Kale Smoothie

We always try to make a smoothie at least 2-3 times a week to obtain part of our daily vegetable intake. Adding sweet fruit and peanut butter can help mask the bitter taste of kale. If you desire a more mild vegetable flavor, I recommend substituting with spinach. Smoothies are quick to make and little mess to clean up!

Ingredients

Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify for about 30 seconds. Let the smoothie settle to lessen the amount of bubbles. Pour and enjoy!!!
